    The present study entitled "Emotional Intelligence and Academic Performance among Secondary School Students of Real Santa Cruz School, Sicuani, 2025" aimed to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic performance among secondary school students. The specific objectives were to analyze this relationship in the dimensions of grades, comprehension, and motivation. This research was conducted under a quantitative approach, with a basic type and correlational level, using a non-experimental design. The sample population consisted of 49 third-grade students from sections A and B. Data were collected through the survey technique by applying structured questionnaires for both variables, which were assessed using a Likert scale. The data obtained were processed through inferential statistics using Microsoft Excel.
